What data we process
- Contact and order data: first name, last name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, tax data (tax code/VAT no. if required for invoicing).
- Payment data: handled directly by the payment providers (PayPal, SumUp) — we do not store full card data.

Recipients / External processors
Data may be processed, as processors, by: Shopify Inc. (e-commerce platform, USA), PayPal and SumUp (payments), SpediamoPro (shipping), Brevo (email and newsletter), the accountant in charge of bookkeeping, Meta (Facebook and Instagram Pixel, USA), Google (Analytics and reCAPTCHA, USA).
For transfers to the USA the basis is the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (where the provider is certified) or the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
When the automations/dashboard go live, Atenek SAGL will act as data processor (dedicated DPA).
Retention
- Order and invoicing data: 10 years (tax/civil-law obligations).
- Newsletter data: until consent is withdrawn.
