Delivery times
Shipping within 2 working days of payment receipt. For pre-orders, within the days indicated from arrival in stock.
Carriers and tracking
We ship through the shipping provider SpediamoPro and its managed carriers. You receive the tracking number by email.
Rates
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Free shipping in Italy for orders over €150.
Zones and customs
For non-EU and Switzerland shipments, any customs duties and import VAT are the recipient's responsibility.
Risk
The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. In case of visible damage on delivery, please report it promptly; failure to note a reservation does not cause you to lose your statutory rights.
Failed collection / storage
If the parcel is not collected within the carrier's storage period, it is returned to sender. We will agree with you on re-shipping (charging only the costs actually incurred) or a refund of the item net of shipping costs already incurred.
