2. Scope — Consumers and Businesses
These conditions apply both to consumers (individuals purchasing for purposes outside their trade) and to businesses (purchase with a VAT number for their own activity, which occurs occasionally).
Consumer Code protections (withdrawal, 2-year legal guarantee, consumer's forum) apply only to consumers. Towards businesses the Civil Code applies, together with the specific clauses marked "(B2B)", which the business expressly approves pursuant to Articles 1341-1342 of the Civil Code.
3. Order and conclusion of the contract
The total price including VAT and shipping costs is shown before confirmation. The order is concluded by clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button. You will receive confirmation by email on a durable medium.
4. Prices and payments
Prices in Euro, VAT included. New products are subject to ordinary VAT; used / collectible products fall under the margin scheme (Art. 36 Italian Law Decree 41/1995): VAT is therefore not shown separately on the invoice and, for VAT-registered buyers (B2B), is not deductible. No surcharge on payment methods beyond the cost actually incurred.
Accepted methods: bank transfer, credit cards, PayPal. For bank transfer, the order is cancelled if payment is not received within 5 working days.
5. Pre-orders / items on reservation
For pre-order items we indicate an estimated delivery. Delivery takes place within 30 days unless otherwise agreed; in the event of delay you are entitled to set an additional period and, if not met, to terminate the contract with a full refund. (Any cancellation penalties apply only to businesses — B2B.)
6. Delivery and risk
Shipping within 2 working days of payment. The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer only upon delivery (Art. 63 Consumer Code). Details in Shipping.
7. Legal guarantee of conformity
All products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity from delivery (Art. 128 et seq. Consumer Code). In case of a defect you are entitled to free repair or replacement and, subordinately, to a price reduction or termination. For used / collectible products the guarantee period is reduced to 12 months from delivery, pursuant to Art. 133 Consumer Code, subject to express agreement with the consumer at the time of purchase (total exclusion of the guarantee towards consumers is not permitted).
8. Right of withdrawal

9. Law and jurisdiction
Italian law. For consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction (Art. 66-bis Consumer Code). (For businesses: court of Varese — B2B.)
For dispute resolution it is possible to use the competent conciliation/ADR bodies (e.g. the Chamber of Commerce).
