NEW In box The Fiat Abarth 031 is a model developed after Fiat abandoned the X1/9 project. The project was a racing model based on the Fiat 131 with a body featuring vertical air intakes in the manner of F1 cars. In 1975, the first prototype was presented and named Fiat Abarth 031. The model takes the general body lines of the Fiat 131 and that's it. A replacement for the Fiat 124 Abarth Rally had to be found and it was a proven success as demonstrated by the victory of the Giro d'Italia by the Fiat Abarth 031. Driver Giorgio Pianta.
