LIMITED EDITION 2000pcs Jimmy McRae, father of Colin and Alister, began his career in 1974 and still drives in some national events today. In 1985, he started his fifth season in an Opel and competed for the Opel Euro Team in some ERC and WRC events. After a superb second place at the Ypres Rally, Jimmy McRae concluded his collaboration with the Opel Euro Team at the RAC Rally, "at home". Facing the pinnacle of world rallying, Colin's father delivered a solid performance. As the stages progressed, he raised his game and finished sixth at the 1985 RAC Rally with his Opel Manta 400. An excellent achievement for his last outing behind the wheel of an Opel rally car.
